Sausage & Thyme Ravioli


1. Mix plain flour and water in a bowl to create dough. 

2. Roll out into thin layers and cut into squares
4. Fill a large pan with water and leave to heat on stove
3. Chop preferred sausage into bite size chunks
4. Place sausage chunks into squares along with thyme
5. Seal ravioli squares and place into the hot water
6. In a separate pan cook tomatoes and any preferred herbs/spices to create a sauce.
7. Once both sauce and pasta has cooked, mix together and enjoy as a main dish
